What to expect after submitting an application
Our recruitment team will evaluate your skills and experience against the requirements of the job vacancy and determine a candidate shortlist.
If you are selected in the shortlist, you will be contacted by the team and advised of next steps in the recruitment process. If you are unsuccessful, you will be notified by email in a timely manner.
The selection process
Sunrise Energy Metals standard recruitment and selection process includes the following steps:
- Behaviour-based face-to-face, phone or video conference interviews
- A pre-employment medical (at our expense), including a drug and alcohol screen
- Employment reference checks
- National Police Clearance
You may also be required to undertake other applicable screening that may be relevant to the role, including psychometric assessments.
